Raspberry Pi 5 robot on mecanum wheels that maps and solves a maze autonomously with LiDAR. The Pi only multiplexes the camera feed: video streams over a site-to-site VPN to a laptop with an eGPU running YOLO, and a second laptop serves Mistral Small 24B, which turns detections into high-level decisions. A separate security stage deployed Linux honeypots.
